Congratulations to the Wilder High School football team on great 2018 season. This year the Wildcats were Co-Conference Champions of the Western Idaho Conference. They also qualified for their third state playoff appearance. In the State tournament the Wildcats beat Lapwai in an exciting hard fought game at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow 44-36. Wilder then advanced to the semifinal game where they faced Valley High School. The game did not go as planned and the Wildcats fell short in the last few minutes of the game losing 40-42. Though the boys were unable to make it to the state championship game, they still came home with a 3rd place state trophy and a 9-2 record on the season. The boys have a lot to be proud of this year and look forward to years to come. Great Job!
