School Breakfast and Lunch Menus
Desserts compliments of the Wilder Middle and High School Culinary Arts classes, which were made and served on Thursday, May 4th at the Elementary School Science Fair. Students selected the recipes and made all items from scratch.
On April 12, 2017, the Wilder Middle School Culinary classes prepared and served the monthly Senior Citizens Luncheon at the Wendell Batt Meeting Room at Chula Vista.
The students prepared a delicious meal of baked ham, scalloped potatoes, green beans, cottage cheese dill rolls, fruit salad and a show-stopping display of cookies, cupcakes and candies together with three different cakes. All of the desserts had an Easter theme.
The students were graded on their culinary skills and hospitality. It was a nice opportunity for the students to show off some of the culinary skills they had learned throughout the semester.
